The Tele-Messenger Ultra Information Center window provides critical access to Reports which specify the outcome of each call dialed by assigning a three letter "Call Status Code". Call Status Codes are user-definable, and each code can be viewed with a display of the name, address and phone number of the person called. Customizable Reports can be sent to a printer, exported for use in another application, to print mailing labels or to be viewed on screen. Reports are available in a wide variety of sort patterns, depending on the required output. A Call Status Code describes the outcome of each call dialed. If the line was busy, there was no answer, or an answering machine was reached, the Tele-Messenger Ultra will assign the appropriate Call Status Code. Call records can be saved and exported or archived for future use, and each is coded with a date stamp. Call Status Codes can be sorted by type, date, overview or a variety of different parameters.
