The Tele-Messenger Ultra phone dialing lists, scripts, time and dates to dial and phone lines to use are brought together in the Dialing Schedules window of the Scheduling Control Center. A new Dialing Schedule can be easily created using the Wizard-based system, or existing Schedules can be activated through this straightforward graphical interface. Additional dialing Schedules can be created or selected to allow for multiple Schedules to run concurrently (up to six). This allows for different product announcements to be run at the same time, and tested for maximum response. Schedules are checked for accuracy when saved, so non-functioning Schedules are detected prior to dialing. Tele-Messenger Ultra also adds automated "Re-Dial" which permits a Call List to be re-dialed by specific Call Status Codes up to 10 times. With this feature, TM Ultra will retry "Busy" and "No Answer" numbers in your list until a response is attained. Auto-Start Dial Mode permits the Dialer to automatically begin dialing with no user interaction, and is designed to provide the ultimate control in automated unattended dialing.
